Satellites are the medium size gathering of The Point (20-50 people approx.). This is the ideal size of gathering for building up our faith, for developing leaders and people's gifts and for growing as a community together. This Satellite size can deliver a strong sense of belonging and community - this is what we enjoyed so much on Wednesday evenings when the church first began: we had great worship and teaching, but also a real sense of coming together as a family, catching up, praying for each other etc. As the church has grown in numbers it is no longer possible to experience this in the same way.
