The Point depends on a fantastic team of volunteers who contribute to the life of the church in lots of different ways. We would be delighted if you would like to get involved in any way or join one of our teams:

TEAM	DESCRIPTION
Welcome Team Contact: Gail Millar email	9.30am - 12.45pm - One week in four. Welcome and host everyone who comes to church whether a visitor or a regular.
Technical/Set up Team Contact: Tim Osborne email	8.25am - 1.00pm - One week in four. The tech team sets up the stage, screens and audio and visual equipment, runs them in the service and takes them down/puts away at the end.
Kids Team Contact: Angie McDonald email	9.45am – 12.30pm - monthly commitment varies. To be part of a team which encourages our children to learn about God, explore prayer and spiritual gifts and have loads of fun!
Youth Team Contact: Sarah Collison/Sarah Steel email	9.00am-1.00pm. 2 or 3 out of 4 weeks. Have a passion to see young people develop their relationship with God. Need energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun!
Prayer and Intecession Team Contact: John Mitchinson/Rob Yule email	Providing prayer ministry for people as required, and saturating The Point in prayer, especially each Sunday!
Cakes Team Contact: Caroline Berry email	On week in four. To bake (or buy) around 30 pieces of cake/biscuits each, per week for the coffee time at church. Choose your favourites as they will always taste best!
Set up Team Contact: Mark Slaughter email	8.30-9.30am / 12.00-1.00pm - One week in four. To prepare Church by setting up and clearing up at the end.
Worship Team Contact: Stuart Barbour email	8.25am - 1.00pm, Tuesday eve rehearsal 7.30-9.30 - One week in four. Helping set up PA, and band equipment, leading worship and clearing up at end of service.
Café Team Contact: Barbara Redman/Julia Crook email	8.45-9am – 12.30pm - One week in four. To set up, serve and put away the coffee and cakes.
Connect Café Team Contact: Mike and Yve McNally email	9.30 -12.30 - One week in four. To organise and run the connect café area for newcomers to the church.
Babyzone Team Contact: Gill Jones/Helen Watkin email	9.30 -12.30 - One week in four. To organize and run the baby zone within the sports hall.
